Connecteam is a mobile first solution that allows you to communicate and manage your deskless employees. For that reason,  employees should clock in and out using their mobile apps.
Administrators and the company owner can log in the dashboard to check the clock in and out times and also edit timesheets if needed.

Below are instructions on how to clock in and out using the mobile app:

Step 1

Access the mobile app and click Time Clock.

Step 2

Then press Start. Your users have the option to choose a tag, it is meant for you to be able to see what type of job they are doing.

After choosing a tag your users can also leave you a note or add a shift attachment if they wish. After refreshing your Launch Pad you will be able to see their notes and/or shift attachments.


Step 3

To clock out, your users just need to click End Shift, then Confirm. If they choose to Edit before they Confirm, the request will appear in the dashboard for a manager's approval.

If your users exit the app, do not worry! The clock will still be running.
