Yes, you can! You have the option to export the time clock data and filter the desired period of time, locations, and departments.
Click the Timesheets tab in the time clock, filter the dates, and click export. That's it, you're done! The exported excel spreadsheet has all the information you're looking for.
You can also use the search to choose a single user and export their data. An option to filter dates for one user is also available.
The exported excel spreadsheet presents a tab for all employees and to each employee individually. You can also add a column to the spreadsheet for rates and adjust it as needed.
Before exporting the Timesheet, you can open them individually and check if the data is accurate.
