Snap! You did not receive the verification code. Don’t Worry! There are other ways to log in. Let's go over them.

First, make sure the following is happening:

  1. That you are using a mobile phone number and not a landline.

  2. That the smartphone you are trying to log in from corresponds to the number you are typing

  3. That the smartphone you are trying to log in from corresponds to the number your manager attached to your user.

Now let's go over the alternatives to the verification code!

Resend the Code Option

Click on the resend button, and a new code will be generated and sent to your mobile phone.

The Login Using Email Option

This option is useful if the verification code message is not being sent, and the resend code option was unsuccessful.

Please note this option only appears after 60 seconds, and only works if your app administrator added your email to your user's details.

Click login using email and you will receive an email that contains a code to log in.

Enter the verification code in the following screen and select Login!
