Once you have created your company and added your employees , they will receive a text message to download the app. The text message contains the Connecteam app link.
If the employees could not log into the app using the text message invitation, you can find below the step-by-step instructions to do so.
Download the Connecteam app using the following link: http://bit.ly/connecteam. You can also search for the Connecteam app in the Google and Apple stores:
Once you have downloaded the app, click login.
In this screen, choose the correct flag and type your mobile phone number.
Make sure the phone number you type corresponds to the device from which you are trying to access as you will receive a confirmation code.
You cannot use a land line number or a phone number different from the one your manager has attached to your user.
You will receive a text message with a 4 digit verification code.
If you did not receive the text message, please use the Call me button.
Click Verify code to log in.
If you are a member of more than one company app, select the app you want to log in to. If you do not know your company code, contact your app administrator.
You can also use the search option and type your company's name or number:
Click the name of the app you want to log in to and you will be taken to the next screen:
Upload your picture and click let's go. Done! You are in :)
