You've activated your Task Management feature and you are now ready to start creating and allocating tasks around your organization.

We understand that timing is crucial and an on the go tool is key to success. That's why with our task management you can create tasks from the web Dashboard and from your mobile phone.

  1. Single task- for one or more users - Web dashboard and mobile phone

  2. multiple tasks to one or more users - Web Dashboard

Let's go over each method for the Dashboard:

Adding a single task from the dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Task management Category.

  2. Click the "+ Add Task" Icon on the top right of the screen and choose "Singe Task".

  3. Insert Task details in. The more detailed your task will be the fewer misunderstandings you'll have with your users. Everything you write here will be accessible to the user you assign it to. All tasks must include a "Title" and an "Assignee". You can also assign multiple users for a task to be completed as a team.

  4. Click "Save Task". Congrats you created your first task.

Adding a single task for multiple users:

This option is used in cases where you want each of your multiple users to complete the same task.

  1. Repeat steps 1-3 from the above section.

  2. Assign multiple users to the task.

  3. Click the "Create a separate task for each user" under the assignee filed. In this case, you'll create a separate task for each one of your assignees to complete.

  4. Click "Save Task".

Adding Multiple tasks:

Create multiple tasks and assign them to multiple employees all from one page.

  1. Navigate to the Task management Category.

  2. Click the "+ Add Task" Icon on the top right of the screen and choose "Multiple Task".

  3. Fill in all the relevant information.

  4. Click the "Add tasks" icon at the bottom right of the screen.

You are now ready to start allocating tasks.
