How Do I Set My Availability and Preferred Work Hours on the Desktop?

If you rather set your availability and preferred work hours from the desktop and not the mobile app, Connecteam allows you to do just that!

Let's go over the easy process of setting up your unavailability and work preferences below.

Setting Your Unavailability from the Desktop Step by Step:

Step 1: Log into your account on your desktop. Click here to learn how

Step 2: Navigate to the schedule.

Step 3: Click My Availability

Step 4: Enter the date you will be unavailable and press save unavailability

If you will only be unavailable for certain hours be sure to toggle off the all-day button and enter the hours that you are unable to work.

If this is repeating unavailability, make sure the repeat box is checked off and you set how often the unavailability repeats. Repeating unavailability can be set to daily, weekly, or monthly.

Setting Your Work Preferences from the Desktop

Step 1: Repeat Steps 1 to 3 as done above.

Step 2: Click on Prefer to Work

Step 3: Enter the date you would prefer to work and press save work preference.

If you only prefer to work certain hours and not the whole day, let your manager know by toggling off the all-day tab and entering only the hours you prefer to work

Pro tip: As seen in the photo above, you can add more than one set of preferred working hours. To do this simple user the +Add Hours Button

If these work preferences are repeated, make sure that the repeated box is checked off and that you set how often this work preference occurs. This can be daily, weekly, or monthly.
