Yes, it is. With the phone number, we can identify every single user and protect your content. The identification process works like this:
- The employee installs Connecteam app in their mobile device.
- In the first screen the app asks for your company code ( which you can find in your settings or send it directly to the employee).
- Next, it asks for the user's phone number.
- After filling the phone number and clicking "Continue", a text message with a unique code is sent.
- The user needs to fill the code they received in the message and that's it, they're in!
The identification process occurs only the first time you open the app !
This process allows you to make sure that only your employees can use the app and watch the content inside.
