When on View by Jobs, or View by Layers on the Job Scheduler, you don't have the option to multi-select shifts.

This capability is available when you are on View by Users on the Job Scheduler. You will be able to multi-select shifts in order to make bulk actions such as publish, unassign all users, delete, and more.

To switch views, click on View Options in the left toolbar and choose the view you wish to be on. If you wish to multi-select shifts, make sure you are on the Users view.

To multi-select shifts, hover over the shift, and in the top right corner will appear 3 dots. By clicking on them a dropdown of several actions will come up, and you will see the Select option. By clicking on Select you now will be able to select multiple shifts on the scheduler and apply on the selected shifts different actions.
