As the payroll period is coming end, your manager might have asked you to submit your timesheets. Submitting timesheets allows you to review the hours you worked and make sure they are correct or request any changes before they are processed for payroll. For your manager, it gives them an indication that you reviewed the hours and they can proceed to process payroll. This article shows you how to review and submit timesheets both on your mobile app and employee dashboard.

From the Mobile App

  1. Log in and access the Time Clock feature.

  2. Press on the Timesheets tab - it will automatically display the current pay period.

  3. Select the three dots in the upper right corner.

  4. Select Submit Timesheets

  5. Once you submit them, it will appear on top as submitted for admin approval, with the date and time this action took place.

From the Employee Dashboard

  1. Log in and access the Time Clock feature from the left sidebar

  2. It will automatically display your timesheets on the current pay period.

  3. Click on the Submit timesheets button that appears on the top right

  4. Once you submit them, that same button will appear in blue and say 'Submitted'

Can I Make Changes After Submitting the Timesheets?

Absolutely! As long as your days were not locked and your timesheets were not approved by an admin, you can still make changes. When making changes, you will receive a message saying "These changes will undo your timesheet submission." You can select make changes or save anyway. It is important to note that doing so will unsubmit your timesheets. Once you have finished making changes, you will need to resubmit them. Below you can see how this looks from both the mobile app and the dashboard.
