How to Integrate with a Chick-fil-A Vendor Bridge

The integration between Connecteam and Chick-fil-A Vendor Bridge helps you easily import your team members from Vendor Bridge into Connecteam. This guide walks you through the setup and import process, step by step.


Step 1: Enable the integration from Vendor Bridge

  1. You can log in to your Chick-fil-A account.

  2. Navigate to Reports & Tools and select Vendor Bridge.

  3. Click Explore All Vendors, find the Connecteam vendor card, and click Connect.

  4. Complete the Data Integration Agreement to enable the connection.


Step 2: Complete Connecteam onboarding

Once the connection is made, you’ll be redirected to Connecteam:

  1. Fill out the sign-up form.

  2. Complete the 5-step onboarding process.

✅ Your Connecteam account is now ready and connected to Vendor Bridge.


Step 3: Import members into Connecteam (first-time setup)

Once your account is set up, you can start importing team members from Vendor Bridge:

  1. Go to the Users page in Connecteam.

  2. Click Add Users, then select Import from Vendor Bridge.

You’ll see a list of all available members from your Vendor Bridge account:

  • If a matching user already exists in Connecteam (based on name and phone number), we’ll automatically match them.

  • If no match is found, the Member will be imported as a new user with their name, phone number, and email.


You have 3 options for each Member:

  • Add new user – Add the Member as a new user in Connecteam.

  • Match to existing user – Link the Member to an existing user in Connecteam.

    ⚠️ This will overwrite the user’s information with the Member’s details from Vendor Bridge.

  • Exclude user – Skip importing this Member.

After reviewing and confirming your selections, click Import to finish the process.


Step 4: Ongoing imports

You can import additional members at any time:

  1. Go to the Users page.

  2. Click Add users, then choose Import from Vendor Bridge.

You’ll see:

  • New users – Members added to Vendor Bridge since your last import, ready to be imported into Connecteam.

  • Existing users – Members already imported or excluded in previous sessions.

Now, simply repeat the same steps to import new members as needed.
