Shift Tags add instant clarity to your schedule by letting you label shifts with clear, visual tags so admins and managers can understand what a shift requires at a glance (for example, a High risk shift or Bonus shift).
They also make scheduling faster and more organized by enabling you to filter shifts by tag, quickly focus on the shifts that matter, spot trends over time, and build policies or claim requirements that apply only to specific shift types

For example, you might set a rule that limits how many Bonus shifts an employee can be assigned to or claim in a week.

Minimum shift claims using Shift Tags
Shift Tags can also be used as a condition in Weekly Claim Requirements, so you can require employees to claim a minimum number of open shifts that match certain tags.
For example, you could require your servers to claim at least two open shifts tagged Night + Weekend each week.
