How to Chat with a Single User
In order to chat with a single user, click on the Time Clock Feature on your sidebar, hover the mouse on the right side of the relevant user, and a chat icon will appear, click on that icon and start chatting with your users.
Pro tip: do you want to see the relevant dates in question in front of you? Head over to the timesheets tab, click on the user's timesheet, and chat with your user from within their timesheet.
How to Create a Team Chat by Filters
Need to find a specific user or chat with multiple users at once?
Our filter option provides a deeper search for users by user details, feature usage, or advanced User information.
Let's learn about the easy process of filtering your users!
Access your Time Clock, under the Today tab, Click on filter.
2. Select the relevant information to filter by. In our case, here is an example of creating a team chat by the filter “Users that haven’t clocked in today”
After applying the filter, select the relevant users, click on actions, and click on "send chat message". After typing your message click on send, and your message will reach your selected recipients!
