The advantage of an API lies in the ability to have real-time updates as opposed to a daily update that the SFTP interface supports.

How it works:
Every time information is changed in the organizational system, it is automatically transmitted to the Connecteam system to be updated.

Requirements: In-house/3rd IT development capabilities available.

Setup difficulty level: Intermediate

Actions required:

  1. Getting familiar with the API documentation

  2. Requesting API key from Connecteam

  3. Coding the interface on the customer side.

  4. Conducting testing in sync with Connecteam
