Learn what steps you should take to cancel your Connecteam subscription

We know not every relationship lasts forever. Just like signing up for Connecteam is simple, saying goodbye should be, too. So, if it’s time to part ways, we’ve made it easy to do so.

To cancel your subscription, click on your avatar on the top right > go to settings > billing and select cancel my subscription and follow the steps. Please keep in mind that only owners can cancel a subscription. The cancelation will take effect at the end of your billing period, meaning you will be able to use your account until your billing cycle ends, where you will no longer be charged as soon as your billing cycle ends.

If you don't see the button to cancel your account, please make sure to reach out to support using the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen.
