Now that you've learned the basics about forms, let's go over a few frequently asked questions to further assist you!

How do I fill out a form on my computer?

  1. Login to your user dashboard

  2. Access the Forms feature from the left sidebar

  3. Select the relevant form from the list

  4. Start completing it

  5. Once you are done, hit Send!

I need to fill out a form attached to my shift, but it says I need permission. What's wrong?

Admins can decide which forms users can see and access. If you see the message above, it means your admin mistakenly did not give you permission to view and complete the form. To solve the problem, you will need to contact your admin directly to request permission to fill out the form.

💡Tip: You can even write a note for your admin directly on the shift by clicking the note icon at the bottom, writing your message, and clicking 'Save Note'. They will be notified of your message.

I want to start completing a form now but finish it later. How can I save my answers?

Your answers are saved automatically! As soon as you start filling out a form, each response is saved instantly. You can start now and finish later with no worries—your answers will be right there waiting for you when you’re ready to continue. Even if you accidentally close the app, your answers will still be saved! 😉

Can I fill out multiple forms at once?

Absolutely! You can start filling out a form and switch to another one whenever you like. Nothing will get in your way, and your answers will be saved automatically.

Can I edit a form I already submitted?

Unfortunately, no. It's not possible to edit a form entry you already submitted. However, you can leave a comment for your admin to review and be alerted of the mistake. Your admin will be able to edit your answers from their end.

To do this, access your Profile tab from the mobile app or desktop, then go to My Entries History and select the relevant entry you wish to edit. Then press on Comments and write your comment there. If your admin replies, you will be notified and can always return to the entry as you have done now and continue the conversation.
