Connecteam's user performance tracking capability enables you to monitor sales metrics for each team member, helping you identify top performers, spot improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

How to Activate Performance Tracking for Your Employees
Navigate to the 'User' page
Click on 'Settings' on the top right
Activate the Performance tracking by clicking on 'Get Started'
Customize Key Performance Indicators for Employee Tracking
Once you've activated performance tracking, complete these steps:
Toggle on performance tracking on the top - this gives each employee a clear view of their performance.
Create the key indicators you want to track by clicking 'Add indicator' - next, you will name each key indicator (for instance, 'Total Sales') and select the appropriate unit (currency or quantity units like wine bottles sold).
Save your changes.
💡 Tip: You can preview what employees will see in their mobile app by checking the 'Weekly Performance' section in their profile details.
How to Add Performance Data for Each Employee
Once you're done with the setup, navigate to the user page, enter your employee's 'Performance Tab', and manually add the relevant indicators, such as their total sales for the day or the number of wine bottles sold (as shown in the example below).
How it Will Appear in Your Employees' Performance Tab in The Admin Dashboard
When you visit a specific user's profile, you'll see a 'Performance' tab. Once you enter it, you'll see the data with the metrics you set up to track.
How It Will Appear in Your Employees' Mobile App
Employees can easily stay updated on their progress and performance within the Connecteam app by tracking their performance indicators in their profile.
To access this:
Head to your profile, located at the bottom of the Feed.
Scroll down to view your Performance Indicators.
💡 Tip: Your employee can track their performance by week, year, or even custom date ranges by selecting the desired view at the top of the Performance page.
**The number of key indicators you can create depends on your business plan: Basic (2), Advanced (6), Expert (9), and unlimited for higher-tier plans.**
