Did your employer ask you to download the app and start using it? That’s great, and we are here to help! After your employer added you to the company account, you should have received a text message containing the link to download the Connecteam app. If you did not receive this text message, don’t worry, you can always download the app from the Apple or Google Play Store and log in.
Let’s go over how to do this!
Step 1: Download the Connecteam app using the following link: http://bit.ly/connecteam. You can also search for the Connecteam app in the Google and Apple stores.
Step 2: Once you have downloaded the app click login.
Step 3: On this screen, choose the correct flag and type your mobile phone number.
Make sure the phone number you type corresponds to the device from which you are trying to access, as the confirmation code will be sent to the mobile phone number you input.
You cannot use a landline number or a phone number different from the one your manager has attached to your user.
Step 4: You will receive a text message with a 4 digit verification code. Click verify code and log in.

Step 5: Select your company from the drop-down list and you will be taken to the next screen!
Please note that you can also use the search option and type your company's name or a number and click on the name of the app you want to log in to. If you do not know your company code, contact your app administrator.
Step 6: Upload your picture, then click let's go. That's it. You are logged in!
