How do I add/change my profile picture?

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Got to the Profile tab

  3. Press on the edit icon in your profile picture

  4. Choose between selecting an image from the library or taking a new one

  5. Confirm the new photo

  6. All done!

How can I update my name, phone number, and email?

Users can't edit their full name, phone number, and email. You need to contact your admin directly to make any changes to these fields.

How can I upload my documents to the app?

You can also access and upload your documents from your computer by following similar steps. Simply log in to your user dashboard, access the Profile tab from the left sidebar, and then the Documents tab. Then, choose which document to upload and add the file. 

When you are done uploading it, the document will either be approved automatically or pending approval, depending on how your admins set it up.
