Subscriptions: Cancellations, Refunds, and Plan Changes

This article explains what happens when you cancel, upgrade, or change your subscription on annual and monthly plans.


Annual subscriptions

If you subscribed to an annual Basic, Advanced, or Expert plan, you can:

  • Cancel within the first 30 days and receive a prorated refund for the remaining months of your plan.

  • Upgrade at any time to better suit your business needs.

What happens when you upgrade

When you upgrade your plan:

  • Your billing cycle renews.

  • Any unused time from your previous billing period is credited toward the new plan, reducing the cost of the upgrade.

  • If subscription changes are made within the first 3 days, prorated credits for the remaining amount will be issued as account credits.


Monthly subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription:

  • Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current monthly term.

  • No refund is provided.


Plan upgrades and adjustments

Connecteam supports flexible plan changes so your subscription can match your business needs.

Note: Canceling your account and receiving a full refund will block access to your account. Before canceling, make sure to export any important data (Excel or PDF).

If you’ve paid for an annual plan (Basic, Advanced, or Expert) and more than 3 days have passed since you made changes to your subscription, you are not entitled to prorated credits or refunds for the remaining amount.
