At Connecteam we give you the option to use the Job Schedule both from your mobile app and on the desktop web version! Everything you do in the Job Schedule on the mobile app can also be done in the web version. This includes viewing your schedule, claiming shifts, or confirming or rejecting them and so much more!

How to View the Job Schedule from Your Desktop Step by Step:
Log into your desktop view, if you’re not sure how to do this then check out this article.
Navigate to the Job Schedule on the left sidebar
That’s it! You can now see your schedule!
You can see everyone's schedule, or you can change the view to be only your schedule.
How to Claim Shifts on Your Desktop
If your employer uses open shifts then after you have navigated to the job schedule on your desktop you can claim shifts just as you do in the mobile app.
Take a look at how open shifts appears in the schedule below
To claim a shift simply navigate to the shift-click on it, the shift will open on the right side and then you can press claim shift.
How to Confirm or Reject Shifts on Your Desktop
To confirm or reject shifts simply navigate to the job schedule and click on your assigned shift. On the left side, the shift will appear and you will be able to select the confirm or reject options or even leave a note about the shift.
