Please note: while the video tutorial above explains how to use the feature from the mobile app, the Directory can also be used from the computer.  

Start by logging into your user dashboard and accessing the Directory feature from the left sidebar. On the left side of the screen, you can see a list of your coworkers. Feel free to search for someone specific and click on them to view their contact details. 

Disclaimer: The users displayed in the list, and the information available for each of them depend entirely on how your admin set it up. If you can't see a specific person you need or their phone number isn't available, for example, please contact your admin directly for assistance.
