The Quick Tasks feature allows you to effortlessly keep track of all tasks that have been assigned to you or created by you all from the mobile app!

How to View Tasks that Are Assigned to You

  1. Access your company's app. Click here to learn how.

  2. Enter the Quick Tasks feature.

3. Make sure the window is showing you "My tasks". Here you will be able to view all the tasks that were assigned to you.

4. You can custom filter the tasks by clicking the three lines at the top of the screen (You can apply more than one filter) Choose the relevant filters and click Apply filters.

5. You can view the tasks in a minimized or more elaborated format by clicking the 2 rectangles at the top of the screen

6. Choose if you want to see the tasks in date view or rather in a list view (You can group tasks by the tasks' status/ label/ creator) by clicking the eye icon at the top of the screen.

Choose the relevant view and click on Apply settings.

7. To view overdue tasks, simply click on the red exclamation mark at the top right corner of the screen.

Pro tip: You will be able to know if you have overdue tasks if there is a red circle at the top right corner of the exclamation mark.

How to Complete a Task

  1. To complete a task, choose the relevant task and click on Mark as done.

If the tasks have subtasks, make sure to mark the subtasks as done before marking the task as done.

Easily comment on any task by clicking on the task and add a comment. You can also add a photo/ GIF/ location/ file by clicking the paper clip icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

How to Create a Task

Let's go over how to create a task:

  1. Access your company's app. Click here to learn how.

  2. Enter the Quick Tasks feature.

  3. Click on Create task

  4. Fill out all the relevant details of the task (You can either publish the task or save it as a draft to publish later).

    Pro tip: If you don't have the ability to create a task it means your admin disabled this capability.

  5. To view, all tasks that were created by you click on Created by me. Here, you will be able to see all tasks created by you both published tasks and tasks in draft form
