Show your employees how to use their Quick Tasks from their mobile app and desktop

Please note: while the video tutorial above explains how to use the feature from the mobile app, Quick Tasks can also be used from the computer. So let's cover everything that can be done from here too.

How to Use Quick Tasks on the Desktop

Start by logging into your user dashboard and accessing the Quick Tasks feature from the left sidebar. As you can see, there are two available tabs on the left side of the screen: My tasks and Tasks created by me (this one is only available if your admin enabled it). On the right side of the screen, you can see all the information related to the task - its details, sub-tasks, and comments.

You can search for any specific task you need and adjust your view: expand the tasks to see more details, see the list by status, tag, or creator, or view your tasks by due date.

If your admin enabled it, you can click on Add a new task and assign it to yourself or any of your colleagues.

Click on the exclamation icon in the right corner to view any overdue tasks you might have:
