With task descriptions and the comment board, you're able to constantly engage with users so that no task is left undone because of a lack of information.

Task Description
The Task Description section is an optional field that allows the task creator to add all the necessary information the user or team needs in order to complete it.
Task details can include free text and images, with no characters nor storage limit, and can be added before publishing the task or afterward using the edit option.
You can add the task description in a few easy steps.
First, create a quick task! You can add a description when creating single or multiple tasks. When creating the task, first start by clicking on the "Add new" button to create a task you can add any information or attachments you would like in the "Description" field. It's that simple!

Pro-Tip: In the description, you can add images, files, and links. On the Expert plan, you can add shortcuts which include access to different features and assets throughout the platform.
Comment's Board
The comments board is a familiar and easy way to collaborate for an individual user with the task creator, or for team task members between each other, regarding a specific task.
To add a comment, go into your task of choice and click on the "Comments" tab. It's that easy!

The comments board will appear at the bottom of each Task Details page and will allow users that are assigned to a task to perform powerful actions, such as:
Adding images from their images gallery or camera
Attaching files of all types
Sharing their location over a map
Commenting, liking, and replying to other team task member's comments
Mentioning team task members
