With our Quick Tasks feature, you can control and manage your day-to-day tasks. Whether they are individual tasks, group tasks, or subtasks, all can be filled with all the relevant task information - descriptions, images and files, due dates, and much much more. Once you have that setup, you can assign these tasks to the relevant employees, and even get notified once they have seen them and of course, completed them. Not only will you be able to create tasks with ease, but you will also be able to rest assured that at any point in time, you’ll have full transparency into seeing your team's execution.

Activate Quick Tasks on your Account
To activate the feature, simply head to the left sidebar, click on Quick Tasks, and click on Activate Quick Tasks.
Once you have activated the Quick Tasks feature you will be taken to the lobby of the feature where you will be able to view all the tasks.
Set-Up Your Permissions
As soon as you activate the Quick Tasks, all your users will be notified. Therefore it is crucial that your next step is setting the permissions of who can create a task in the mobile app.
To set up your permissions click on "Options" at the top right corner of the screen and click on "Settings".
Here, you will be able to choose if only admins can create tasks if you want specific users to be able to delegate tasks, or have all users be able to assign tasks to other users.
You will also be able to set the default due date to tasks created as well as define when the week begins.
How to Create a New Task from the Dashboard
To create a single task click on +Add Task, and choose a single task.
Here, you can name the task title and assign it to the relevant user/s.
You can always add more information to the task if necessary (such as location, start and end time, and more), by clicking on +Add more details.
When done, click on publish task (or save it as a draft).
You can easily create multiple tasks at once by clicking on +Add Task and choosing Add Multiple tasks.
Here, you will be able to create multiple tasks at once, you can add as many tasks as needed by clicking on +add task at the bottom of the screen. To add additional tasks click on add tasks.
How to Complete a Task from the Dashboard
After assigning a task to the relevant user/s' comes the next responsibility of overseeing the execution. Let's see how we can mark a task as “Completed” on the dashboard.
If you want to mark a single task as done, click on the status of the task, and mark the task as done.
If you want to mark multiple tasks as done, simply tick the relevant tasks, click on actions, and mark them as done.
Pro tip: You can always change the status of a task from done to open by clicking on the status of the task and clicking on Task is done.
