As a user, Connecteam's time-off feature gives you a clear and transparent overview of everything related to your time-off benefits. You can easily view your time off balance or submit a time off request from anywhere and at any time.
Let's begin by navigating to the Time Off page. In order to do this, simply follow these steps:
1. Access the company’s app. Click here to learn how.
2. On the bottom toolbar, Click the profile tab.
3. From your profile, you can get a quick glance at your time off policies balances.
4. By clicking the "view requests" button, you will be directed to the main Time Off page.
The Mobile Time Off Page
On the time-off page, all your time-off information is at your fingertips. Under the "Your Policies" section, you can view your time off balances. For each policy, you can see the number of hours you have left.
By scrolling down you will get to the Request History section. Here you can see your past requests and your current pending requests waiting for approval.\
How to Submit a Time Off Request from the Mobile App?
To request time off click the blue "Request Time Off" button. Set the relevant time clock, type, and dates. Once a time off is approved your balance will automatically update.
Pro tip: Don’t need a whole day off? Toggle off the All-Day tab and select the date and hours.
How to Submit a Time-off Request from the Dashboard?
In your dashboard, navigate to the timeout feature in the left sidebar.
On the right side, click the blue button "Request time off" and select the time off.
You will be able to see the remaining balance for this policy, set the date and time of the application, and monitor your balance after approval.
The default request is for a whole day. If you wish to request a partial day, toggle off the All-Day Off button and select the date and hours.
