Now that you've learned how to view your time off (vacation, sick leave, etc.), let's go over a few frequently asked questions to further assist you!

How can I request vacation/sick leave from the computer?

Please note: while the video tutorial above explains how to use the feature from the mobile app, the Time Off can also be used from the desktop. The process for requesting vacation, or any type of time off, work the same on your computer as in the mobile app explained in the video tutorial above. To request vacation/time off from your computer:

  1. Log in to your profile through the desktop

  2. Click on the Time Off feature from the left sidebar and then Request time off on the top right corner

  3. Add the details of the request:

    1. Type

    2. Choose the dates

    3. Decide if it's an all-day request or for specific times

    4. Write a note for your manager if you'd like

  4. Once you are done, click Send for approval

  5. All done!

Does my vacation request need to be approved by my manager?

It depends! Your manager may have chosen to automatically approve time off requests once they are sent. If they are not automatically approved, you will need to wait until your manager approves them.

Can I view my time off on my schedule?

Yes, you absolutely can! Once your request for time off, such as a vacation or sick leave, for example, is approved, it will be automatically reflected on your timesheets and your schedule. Take a look at an example of how it looks like in each:

I sent a vacation/sick leave request but made a mistake. Can I edit the request?

Unfortunately, no. Employees cannot edit a time off request. However, if the request status is still 'Pending', you can cancel it and send a new one. To cancel it:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Access the Profile tab

  3. Press on View Requests and, under the Requests History section, find the submission and access it

  4. If the Request status is 'Pending', choose Cancel request

However, if the request has already been approved, you will need to contact your admin and ask for their assistance.
