Yes, you can see if a user has read your message!

In individual chats, when you notice two checkmarks adjacent to a sent message, it means that the message has been read.

In team chats, to see who read your message simply click on the drop-down menu and choose "message status." This will display a list detailing who has read your message and who hasn't.
