If you want to ensure users are aware a form was published or needs to be filled out, you can share a link to the form anywhere you want! Share the link with your users outside the Connecteam app via email, or on other platforms (such as by WhatsApp or SMS). This way they won't miss important tasks or information they need to submit. When they click on the link, they'll be taken directly to the form so they can start filling it out!

To copy the link to a form, on the admin dashboard go to the Forms feature on the sidebar and click on the name of the Form. Then, click on Options and select Copy shareable link. Note that this link is only available for users of the connecteam app. It will not allow nonusers to view or fill out the form.

💡 Tip: By using an external converter, you can convert the URL into a QR code - you could then send this to employees or print is and post it at your worksites.
