The Rewards feature allows managers to recognize employees' success and hard work by awarding tokens. These tokens can be used to purchase gift cards from our card library, which we'll discuss more in-depth in this article. If you are not yet familiar with the Rewards feature, we highly encourage you to read our Starting Guide to Rewards before continuing with this article.

The cards library is where you can view the exact gift cards available in each country, and decide which ones are available for your users to purchase with their tokens. This is especially valuable for large companies so that owners can ensure that employees are not purchasing gift cards from their competitors.

To access the cards library, you will first need to access the Rewards feature from the left sidebar and then click on the Cards library button from the top right corner. 

Once you access the cards library, you will notice how you have a list of countries on the left side and can decide to toggle them on or off. Once you toggle on/off the countries of your choice, their respective gift cards will be added to the library on the right side. This is a valuable option for companies that have employees from abroad.

The available countries to add gift cards for are Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Other.

Please note: users are only able to see the gift cards available in their country, regardless of which country an admin has toggled on. For example, if user Samuel is located in Chicago, he will only be able to view and purchase gift cards from the United States.

By default, all gift cards are toggled on but you can easily change this by accessing the cards library and toggling off those you don't wish to be available for users to purchase. Once you make your selection, click on Save Changes.
