Do you have a large list of forms you'd like to reorganize for better display? In Connecteam, you can customize the order of your assets (each form), within the Forms feature to adjust how they appear in the mobile app for your mobile users.
To reorganize your forms in the mobile app:
Log in to your admin dashboard
Access the Forms feature from the left sidebar
Click on the Mobile Preview in the top right corner
To change the order of appearance, drag and drop the assets to your desired order
All done - now, close and reopen your mobile app to view the newly updated display!
Please note: The reorganization of your courses will only be applied to the mobile app and not to the dashboard. However, you can temporarily sort them in the dashboard by using the columns. For example, you can click the 'Name' column to sort the forms alphabetically—either from A to Z or from Z to A. The same applies for the other columns available.
