How to Reorganize Your Knowledge Bases

Change the order your assets are displayed in the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is used to provide extensive information and guidelines to your employees, which will help them in their daily work. This is why it's fundamental to ensure they are organized in a smart way that fits your needs. In Connecteam, you can customize the order of your assets (each base) within the Knowledge Base feature to adjust how they appear in the mobile app and dashboard.

To reorganize your knowledge bases:

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard

  2. Access the Knowledge Base feature from the left sidebar

  3. Click on the Mobile Preview in the top right corner

  4. To change the order of appearance, drag and drop the assets to your desired order

  5. All done - now, close and reopen your mobile app to view the newly updated display!

💡Tip: You can also temporarily sort your knowledge bases in the dashboard by using the columns. For example, you can click the 'Name' column to sort the bases alphabetically, either from A to Z or from Z to A.
