Snap! You did not receive the verification code. Fear not, there are 2 other ways to log in the app. Let's go over both of them.
First make sure the following is happening:
- That you are using a mobile phone number and not a landline.
- That the smartphone you are trying to log in from corresponds to the number you are typing
- That the smartphone you are trying to log in from corresponds to the number your manager attached to your user.
Now let's go over the alternatives to the verification code :)
Call me option
Click call me and wait for at least 10 seconds. You will receive a call. Answer the call and type the verification number.
Click verify code to continue to the next screen.
Login using email option
This option is useful if the verification code message is not working and you have already tried the call me option unsuccessfully.
Please note that this option works only if your app administrator added your email to your user's details.
Click log in using email.
You will receive an email that contains a code to log in.
Enter the verification code in the following screen to log in:
