If you’re waiting on form submissions and want to give users a little nudge, Connecteam makes it easy to stay on top of things. In this article, we’ll show you how to quickly send a reminder to all users who haven’t yet submitted a form with no manual follow-ups needed.
How to Send a Reminder
Access Forms from the left sidebar
Select the Form for which you wish to send users a reminder
Click the Users tab
To the far right of the screen, where it says Didn't submit, click the chat icon
Type the reminder message you wish users to receive
Click Send message
Users have now been reminded to submit the Form!
