How to Access Your Scheduler

To access your schedule from the mobile app follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Select the Assets tab at the bottom of your app.

Step 2: Select the "Job Scheduling" feature.

Job Scheduler Notifications

Every time a shift is assigned to you, you will receive a push notification similar to the one below:

You can check all your notifications from the notifications tab:

Check-in

If your admin has activated the check-in option, you can check in once you start your shift.
You can leave a note to your manager and also update an image.

Rejecting a shift

To reject a shift, click the reject option:

Once you reject a shift, make sure to pay attention to any schedule changes. You will be notified by a push notification.

Mark Unavailability

Mark unavailability on days you'd prefer not to take shifts.

To mark unavailability simply:

  1. Go into the Scheduler.

  2. Click on "My Availability" tab.

  3. Mark Unavailable on days you prefer not to work and specify whether you are unavailable all day or on specific hours.

Chatting with your manager through the Shift details

To chat with your manager:

  1. Go into the Scheduler.

  2. Select the relevant shift.

  3. Once you are on the Shift Details page, click on the chat button and start chatting!

Note: Check-in, complete, and reject a shift are options that your manager may or may not activate.
