First of all, congratulations! You must have done something awesome if you received rewards from your manager. After all the hard work, it feels good to be rewarded, and what better way to celebrate this moment than with various gift cards to all your favorite shops!
The Rewards feature allows admins to congratulate you by sending you tokens that can later be exchanged for gift cards at various local businesses. You can access your rewards from both the mobile app and the desktop.
Using My Rewards on the Mobile App
To access your rewards from the mobile app:
Log into your account from the app
Navigate to the Profile tab
Hover over to the Tokens section, where you can view your current token balance, check your history, and use your tokens.
When you're ready to use your tokens, you can browse through the gift cards available at your location. As you browse, you'll notice that some gift cards offer additional options that allow you to use fewer tokens. Once you've made your choice, simply select the desired gift card. If your email is already saved in your profile, the gift card will be sent there automatically. If not, you will be asked to add an email and receive the selected gift card directly in your inbox.
Using My Rewards on Desktop
You can follow a similar process in order to view your company events from the desktop. Start by logging into your user dashboard and accessing the Rewards feature from the left sidebar. On the left side of the screen, you can see your current token balance and your History right below it, where it shows any other tokens you've been sent in the past, and any of your purchased gift cards. On the right side of the screen, you can browse through all the available gift cards in your country.
For each gift card available, you can view the number of tokens required to get it and how much money each is truly worth so you can better understand the kind of products you can later purchase with it in the store or online.
Some gift cards offer multiple options so you can choose how many of your tokens to spend. Click on More options when displayed to view them. When you are ready to exchange your tokens for a gift card, simply Select it.
