When you want to cultivate engagement and a positive and proactive work and company culture in your business, you might want to reward users who live by these goals and help push them forward with their colleagues. What Are the Auto Rewards?
The Auto Rewards capability allows you to automatically send tokens to app users based on specific criteria you set. It is designed to help increase your employees' engagement and consistent app usage. By providing automatic incentives, you can encourage employees to interact with the app more frequently, ensuring better synchronization and communication across the entire company through the Connecteam app. This not only boosts overall productivity but also fosters a more connected and motivated workforce.
How Can I Access and Set Up the Auto Rewards?
To access and set up the auto rewards:
Access the Rewards feature from the left sidebar
Click on the Options button from the top right corner and go to the Settings
Make sure you are in the Auto rewards tab. From here, you can start to set it up to fit your needs.
There are two types of auto rewards you can activate:
Users who open the app for X days in a row will receive X tokens- this option lets you set the number of days in a row that the user needs to open the app to automatically receive a custom amount of tokens that you can set. It can be 1, 5, or 100 tokens, for example - any amount you wish.
Users who open the app for X times, will receive X tokens - this option lets you set the amount of times a user needs to open the app for them to automatically receive a custom amount of token that you can set.
To customize the automation, click on the message icon, write a personalized message, including emojis, images, and gifs to make it more celebratory, and click Save.
Once you've set up the auto rewards as needed, Save your changes.
All done - once your users reach the engagement and implementation milestones you set, they will receive automatic rewards.
💡Tip: If you are running low on tokens, you can always purchase more directly from this tab in the settings by clicking on the plus icon.
Please note: When using auto rewards, each will be able to receive this reward only once. Meaning if the automation is for users who open the app for 20 days in a row, the user will only receive the automation after the first 20 days in a row.
