The Rewards feature is a powerful tool to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and accomplishments through the use of tokens that can later be exchanged for gift cards at various local stores and businesses. The tokens can be easily purchased by owners or admins, who have the relevant permission, and then gifted to employees.

How to Purchase Tokens
To purchase tokens:
Access the Rewards feature from the left sidebar
Click on the Purchase Tokens button on the top right side
A new modal will appear where you can browse and choose one of the token packages we offer or select a custom amount of tokens to purchase.
Once you choose how many tokens you wish to purchase, you will be redirected to the Payment method stage of the process
Please add your credit card details and, once you are done, click on Confirm Payment
All done - you have now purchased and added more tokens to your budget!
Please note: 10 tokens equal 1 USD and the minimum amount of tokens that can be purchased is 1,000 which equals 100 USD.
How to Access the Purchase History
From the first moment tokens are purchased by owners or admins, or gift cards are purchased by users, they will be recorded for tracking purposes so you always have a record of each purchase made, who made it, when, and for what amount. To access your company's token and gift card purchase history:
Access the Rewards feature from the left sidebar
Navigate to the Purchase History tab to view a clear record of tokens and gift cards purchased by admins and employees. For each purchase, you can see the date, the purchaser, the number of tokens, the total spent, and the invoice ID. You can also download the invoice for each transaction.
Important Details About the Tokens
Now that you've learned how to purchase more tokens so that you always have enough in your budget when needed, let's go over some important details and suggestions:
Tokens have no expiration date and unused tokens can be refunded upon request through our support team via our live chat (bottom right-hand corner of your screen)
Owners and admins can only view and purchase tokens in USD (US dollars). However, the recipient of the tokens can use them to purchase gift cards in other currencies. Due to this vendors may charge transactional fees for their gift cards. These fees are not being paid directly by your company nor by your employees, but rather require employees to use more tokens when making a gift card purchase. Due to security measures, companies who are new to the Rewards feature and wish to start using it to recognize their employees and purchase tokens might be instructed to contact our live support team beforehand. No worries though, we reply to these kinds of queries in under 5 minutes!
