Our new and improved Job Scheduler filters enable you as a manager to work with the view that you need in order to plan and dispatch shifts for your team. Advanced Filters allows you to customize filter conditions to narrow in on what you need while Quick Filters lets you effortlessly browse a selection of filters and apply them instantly, without needing to customize conditions. You can easily switch between the filters in order to work with the view that's most comfortable for you.
On the Advanced Filters view, click on 'Switch to Quick Filters'.
On the Quick Filters view, click on ‘Advanced Filters’.
Keep in mind that the filter's state is saved between sessions, so the schedule will re-open the filter you were last on. Also, values that aren’t default values (for example: Group, Jobs, With Shifts, Availability) won’t transfer from Advanced Filters to Quick Filters.
