Definitely! In Connecteam's Forms feature, you have the ability to create questions that adapt according to your employees' answers. This amazing functionality is known as Conditional Forms. These dynamic forms allow you to create a form that shows the user only the relevant information and fields, based on their answers.

Creating conditional forms begins like creating any other forms. The only difference is that some of the questions will only appear depending on the previous answer.

To create a conditional form follow these steps :

1) Enter the Forms feature

2) Click "Add New" at the top right

3) Select to start a form from scratch or from an existing template

4) Add and edit fields in the form

5) For conditional fields - Add a new field and set a condition for it to show only if a certain answer was selected in the previous field
