Connecteam provides a large number of pre-designed form templates that you can make use of. The great news is that all of these ready-made form templates are super easy to customize. So, if a pre-existing template doesn't perfectly match your company's unique requirements you can go ahead and customize it and ensure it fits your company's needs and requirements to the fullest.

In order to Customize Connecteams templates follow these steps:

1) Enter the forms feature and click "Add New" at the top right

3) Select "use a template"

4) Choose the relevant template

5) Then hover over any field to begin customizing it. You can choose to edit delete, and even change the order of any field as you wish
