Are you experiencing any issues with the Connecteam mobile app? In this article, we will walk you through how to self-troubleshoot when you encounter any issues.

If you're experiencing any issues with the Connecteam web app, head over to this article.

  1. Check if your app is up to date. To do so, access the Connecteam app and press on the Profile tab located on the bottom menu. Scroll down, enter the Settings, and click Check for updates. Let the app update itself (may take 20-30 seconds). After the update has been installed, close the app entirely and reopen it.

  2. Check that your internet connection is working properly. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi and your internet signal is not strong, you may experience a speed decrease in the app. If your phone is connected to Wi-Fi network, switch to mobile data and vice versa - if you're using mobile data, switch to a Wi-Fi network.

  3. If the issue persists after checking these steps, please try the following:

    • Log out of your Connecteam account and log back in.

    • Force close the app and re-open it.

  • Are other users on your account experiencing this same issue?

  • What type of mobile phone do you have and what is the software version? (For example iPhone 12-iOS 15.2.1 / Pixel-Android 11)

  • Does the issue persist when switching to another network connection (i.e. data or Wi-Fi)?
