Access the Knowledge Base feature from the left sidebar
Click on the specific base you need in order to access it
Once you've accessed it, you will find a search bar on the left side. Simply type in the name of the file you wish to find and see how it quickly populates below it for you to click on and access
*The search bar capability on the knowledge base is only available from the Basic plan under the Communications Hub and above*
