When you create an account on Connecteam, it's important to set up all of its General Settings, including the Company Information and Details. This helps you map your company’s structure and get a personalized experience.
To access your company details and information, click on your name/avatar in the top right corner, then select Settings, and make sure to navigate to the Company info tab.
Please note: this tab can only be managed by account owners.
Here, you'll be able to customize and set the following
Company Details:
Branches: You can determine the number of branches your company has and provide each a title and a direct manager. You can manage your company's branches right from this here. This corresponds directly with its custom field located in the user details. Any changes made to branches will automatically update the relevant user information.
Departments: You can determine the number of departments your company has and provide each a title and a direct manager. You can manage your company's departments right from this here. This corresponds directly with its custom field located in the user details. Any changes made to departments will automatically update the relevant user information.
💡Tip: the ability to manage your company's branches and departments right from the account's general settings provides better visibility and organization for multi-branch or multi-department companies.
