The Knowledge Base feature gives you access to important information, resources, guidelines, and more related to your company. You can use this information without any restrictions; it will always be there for you when needed and can be quickly accessed. You can use the knowledge base from both the mobile app and the desktop. Let's take a better look at this!
Access your Knowledge Base from the Mobile App
To access it from the mobile app:
Log into your account from the mobile app
Navigate to the Assets tab
Find the Knowledge Base and access it
You can now see all the different knowledge bases you have access to. Feel free to access any of them and start reviewing the folder and documents within it.
Access your Knowledge Base from the Desktop
You can follow a similar process to view it from the desktop. Start by logging into your user dashboard and accessing the Knowledge Base feature from the left sidebar. Choose which knowledge base to view and start reviewing all the information they contain.
