As an employee, having questions, concerns, or requests is common. However, you might not always know how to seek help or who the right person to contact is. That's where the Help Desk comes in handy. You can find multiple desks, all created by your company, that deal with various topics. Pick the correct one and send your query. Let's explore how to do this from the mobile app and user dashboard!
Mobile App
To open a help desk query as an employee from the mobile app:
Log in to your account from the mobile app
Access the Chat feature
Press on the + icon in the top right corner to create a new chat
All help desks available will appear at the very top and are tagged as such for easy navigation
Select the relevant desk for the topic you need and send your query.
A chat conversation will automatically open, and the appropriate personnel from your company will be notified of your query and will answer when they can.
All done!
Please note: the help desks displayed in your mobile app and their availability depend on how your admin set it up.
User Dashboard
To open a help desk query as an employee from the desktop:
Log in to your account from the desktop
Access the Chat feature
Click on Add new and select New chat
You will see a list of all available help desks. Click on the most relevant one based on your needs and send your query.
The appropriate personnel from your company will be notified of your message and will answer when they can.
