Managing multiple teams can be complex, with schedules to coordinate, jobs to assign, and employees to oversee. To make it easier, you can give your admins the ability to add jobs to both the Time Clock and Job Scheduler. Not only does this save you valuable time, but it also helps each team operate more efficiently since admins can tailor to their team's specific needs.
This article will guide you through the process of giving your admins the permissions to add jobs, whether they manage a single Time Clock or\and Job Scheduler, or oversee multiple ones.

Granting Permissions to Admins to Add Jobs with a Single Time Clock and \or Single Job Scheduler
Setting up Admin Permissions for a single Time Clock or Job Scheduler is done through the Admin tab, under the Permissions Tab, similarly to other assets. To allow your admins to create jobs in either feature, simply check the 'Jobs' capability in their permissions section (as shown below).
Please Note: If you have a single Time Clock or Job Scheduler, jobs can only be created within the features themselves. Simply navigate to either the Time Clock or Job Scheduler > click the job icon on the top right > click Add Job+ > create the job you want and save it.
Granting Permissions to Admins to Add Jobs for Multiple Job Schedulers and Time Clocks
If you have multiple Time Clocks or Job Schedulers, admin permissions can be set directly from the Jobs tab.
To get started, follow these steps:
Click on the Permissions bubble in the top right corner and set the desired permissions for specific admins. to learn more about this click here.
Once permissions are granted, admins can start creating jobs by clicking the 'Add Job' button located at the top-right corner of the Jobs tab.
Please Note: If your admin is not assigned to a Job schedule or time clock, but is assigned to jobs, they won't be able to see the jobs tab in their dashboard
