To understand how your team is using Connecteam, you can view detailed activity data - from total actions and logins of your employees to feature-specific usage in Time Clock, Job Scheduling, Chat, and more. This insight helps you identify which features are most popular, which team members might need additional support, and make informed decisions about training and feature adoption.
Follow these steps to see how your employees are using the App:
Access the Activity page found in the left sidebar
Select the Activity Analytics tab
Scroll to find the Most active users and Most active Admins sections at the bottom, where you can compare activity levels between users and admins. This helps you identify usage patterns and see who's making the most of the platform.
To view the full picture of usage by category, scroll to the right to see how your team engages with each Connecteam feature. Users are ranked from highest engagement at the top to lowest at the bottom, with their engagement numbers displayed.
