In order to get the most out of your Connecteam experience, it is important that you and your users stay up-to-date with our latest releases. These releases are pushed out on a regular basis.

To check what Connecteam mobile app version you are currently using, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your mobile app, and click on Profile.

  2. Choose Settings.

  3. Your Mobile App Version will appear at the bottom of your screen, above the company code.

If you want to update your mobile app version, you can click on the ‘Check for Update’ button above the Mobile App Version section. Then your Connecteam App will be automatically updated.

You can also click here or enter your AppStore / Play Store, navigate to Connecteam, and update.

In addition, you can check your employee’s App Version from their user card.

This way you can inform them to update their App version if needed.

Go to the Users lobby page > Click on the relevant user > Scroll down to the User Info section at the bottom of the page. There, you will be able to see the current App Version the employee has.
