How to access your employee's Payslips Tab as an Admin?
Employee Payslips can be found under the 'Payslips' tab in their user profile - access this by selecting the User page in the left sidebar and by clicking on the specific employee.
How to Upload Your Employees Payslips
Once in the Payslips tab, click 'Upload Payslips' and select the payroll date for the specific payslip you're uploading.
Next, you can maintain a list of all payslips and easily add new ones by clicking 'Add new'. This provides a convenient way to keep organized records for your employees. If needed, click 'Edit' to make changes and ensure you've uploaded the correct pay slip.
Please Note: To allow admins to view or upload pay slips, you must grant them permission through the Admin section in the user tab.
How Do Employees View Their Pay Slips?
Employees can easily access their pay slips through the mobile app. Simply go to the 'Profile' tab on the bottom, select 'My Payslips', and view the list of available pay slips. Each pay slip can be downloaded as a PDF for personal records.
