The Time Clock was designed to allow you to easily track the work hours of your team and to make payroll a breeze! We do understand though, that mistakes can happen, employees might clock into the wrong job, not clock in at all or forget to clock out. That's why we made it easy for you, the admin, to edit your employee's timesheets and keep track of which entries were edited and which weren't

To edit your employee's timesheet follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the time clock feature on the left sidebar and access the relevant time clock.

  2. Choose the relevant employee and go to the specific date that needs to be edited (you can always edit the data range at the top of the screen).

Pro tip: If you need to add the same shift for a number of users, use our bulk actions capability. Simply mark all the relevant users, click on actions, and add a shift.

  3. To change the job the user clocked into, simply click the job itself, and choose the correct one.

  4. You can easily edit the start and end times by clicking on the time itself and changing it.

Pro tip: If you see an orange dot by the entry, it means an admin has edited this entry. If there is a blue dot by the entry, it means an admin logged this entry from his end.
